Q: I have scanned my Tag but cannot see my results on the website?
You have to scan your Tag at more than one distinct locations within 2 hours. CredX will calculate speed, calories and distance if you have scanned your tag at multiple locations (at least 2 locations).
Q: What are incomplete/void trips that are showing in my activity summary?
Incomplete/void scans are those where you did not scan your tag at more than one distinct locations (at least 2) within 2 hours. They are being shown to indicate to you that single scans cannot predict calories, speed etc. These scans will not give you any CredX points either.
Q: How do I know if my tag was scanned properly?
You will hear a distinct sound from the box to indicate that your tag was scanned properly
Q: How do I change my exercise type at website?
Login and click on " Activity Summary " in the left hand menu, this will show your activity table. You can change exercise type by clicking on individual results under " Exercise Type " column. You will be presented with a drop down box list to change your exercise type. You can choose from walking, running and cycling. After selecting exercise click Save to apply the changes. You will notice that your calories have been changed accordingly for that trip.
Q: I cannot remember my password?
Go to www.credx.net and select " Forgot my password " The link can be found just below the username and password box. You will need to provide your CredX username and the email address you registered with. A new password will be sent to your email address once you click submit.
